1. It looks so good ! How did you find a place that offers that ? Love how deep red the tuna is … and that tekkamaki is gorgeous. Is that spicy salmon roll ?

2. Is it? I’ve never seen real wasabi that held it’s shape like that (or that was provided in those kind of takeout containers). Is it possibly a mix?

10. When I was in Taiwan, I found a place that used literal horseradish. It was a pale white colour. I thought that was quite peculiar.
