Japan 12 Days Itinerary (Tokyo – Mt Fuji – Kyoto – Nara – Osaka) Check for April

Really really appreciate some suggestions and help if possible! TLDR is: I’m worried about

1. Day 4 Tokyo – what else to fit in
2. Day 7 Heading from Konansou to Kyoto (Due to it being almost 4 hours) and trying to see Kiyomizu Dera (whether I can fit it into day 8)
3. Day 9 (Whether it is a good idea to head to otagi nenbutsu – read a comment recommending this and it looks great)
4. Day 10 Fitting Nara in the morning (I’m keen on the deer park and todaiji only mainly)
5. Day 11 What else to do after USJ

Also had a few questions around:

1. Reliability in getting a taxi booked by the hotel from Konansou
2. Luggage forwarding from Tokyo hotel to Kyoto (1 day time taken where we will be in Konansou and we can just carry our duffel bags there)
3. Going from Mishima station to Kyoto, how easy this is vs an alternative route?
4. Whether I should forward the luggage from Kyoto to Osaka or just bring it along and keep it in the Nara station lockers

Would really love some advice!
