That looks very hearty and delicious! I love that they included all aspects of the salmon there.
Food looks great. But only thing I could think of is Torched Barracuda sounds like a canabis strain.
The blowtorch on the barracuda is called aburi in Japanese, and my favorite is on flounder cheek. It’s great on everything though, this looks fantastic!
