Hi everyone! I’m going to Japan for the first time in the end of February and I just noticed I will be in Osaka during the emperor’s birthday (tennou tanjoubi), February 23rd. I tried looking up online what happens in Osaka during this day but I only found information in regards to Tokyo and the imperial palace.
