Moving to Japan Tokyo for 10 months

Hi there! Moving to Japan Tokyo on February first 2023. I will work there as a post doc for 10 months at Sophia university. I struggle with finding housing (share houses ok). I have no Japanese. Could you guys give me some info or links to website to find? Chuo line and yotsuya area are ok for houses.
