They need to put it in nice plastic bottles with a picture of the Japan Alps on the label and sell it in North American convenience stores. People would lap it up

Why not just let it evaporate naturally?
It may take forever but they will be less chance of a Godzilla Minke being born.
First, make the people who’ve decided that this is ok, drink and bathe in Fukushima water every day for a month. Then, test their health. If nothing untoward is happening, then by all means, go ahead and release it into the ocean. 😉
