Apartment search in Tokyo (websites, tips, etc)

Hello Im going to Tokyo from March 1st and I am planning to roughly stay a year. Does anybody have any good websites for furnished apartments with contracts in lenght roughly 6 months- 1 year (and that are obviously kinda foreigner friendly) ? Here are some more info in case that helps :
