No, there isn’t.
There are some normal sized onsen but nothing like Spa World.
Kyoto and Osaka are so close together (Spa World is less than an hour from Kyoto station) so there probably isn’t a reason for requiring it to be within Kyoto for you to visit anyways.

No, there isn’t.
