  2. Man I would love to have that type of seafood selection where I live. Everything looked so yummy and fresh, would be hard to choose.

  3. IMO, Foie gras of the sea is monkfish liver. They’re tail is tasty and the liver is so damn good. I only eat monkfish prepared Japanese style. A splash of sake, salt, wrapped in foil and steamed and served with a citrusy soy sauce.

    Hope I catch some more monkfish this year.

  4. I love it. I only discovered this at the end of my 2 years in Japan, unfortunately. I thought it looked gross and didn’t try it until having dinner at a friend’s family’s house. Wow!

  5. I thought sea urchin was gross until I tried it super fresh. It’s absolutely delicious.
