  1. It seems his (Yamamoto’s) original recipe. Called mizumanju (水饅頭) but totally different from typical mizumanju.

    According to this website, pour water and (crushed) ice in a bowl, float a sakamanju (酒饅頭) and sprinkle a generous amount of white sugar.
