Wondering if this itinerary is worth purchasing a JR Rail Pass

Help! Is JR Pass Worth it for my itinerary?

Hey y’all! I’ll be visiting Japan soon and wanted opinions on if getting a JR pass is worth it. Here’s a rough outline.

Day 1 – Arrive to Narita Airport at 6:00am, early check-in to hotel near Shibuya, then explore Shibuya area, Harajuku, and Shimokitazawa

Day 2 – Tokyo Disney

Day 3 & 4 – Explore Tokyo day (we are still planning for these days, but know we are hitting up TeamLab Planets and Tokyo Tower)

Day 5 – traveling from Tokyo -> Osaka -> hotel (near Dotonbori) -> Osaka Castle -> Dotonbori (night time)

Day 6 – day trip from Osaka -> Nara, mainly to visit the deer park

Day 7 – day trip from Osaka -> Kyoto (still planning this, but definitely want to see the Fushimi Inari Shrine)

Day 8 – Flight from Osaka -> Philippines

I want advice on if the JR Pass is still worth it for all the train fares + the one-way bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka, or if we’re better off just buying the one-way ticket and paying the other fares as we go with no JR Pass.

Also, can you purchase a JR Pass in Japan?
