Best intensive schools to learn Japanese

Hi there,

I currently live in Japan but I’m not yet fluent(around N3). Recently I went through some struggle that finally made me realize that if I want to live in Japan for the rest of my life, I need to become fluent. I’m willing to go all in. I was wondering if anyone knows any intensive schools to learn Japanese.

I live in the Kansai area, but would be willing to go anywhere for the right school. I’d appreciate any advice.

Thank you,

  1. Check out gogonihon.com. It’s a free service that helps foreigners find a language school in Japan (or at least it was free when I used it). They do the application process and direct contact with the school and everything else for you. I used it 12 years ago to come to Japan via language school. You’re already in Japan so the process should be even easier for you. Good luck!

  2. Come on, part of the joys about being an immigrant is our kids making fun of our language skills 😂😂 me and my cousins did it wit our dads, hopefully my kids will do it to me 😂
