Hayes & Robert Walter’s team has been good at generally sending me opportunities that fit my career.
Most gripes from me are not from the recruiting companies
* The same few jobs that have high turnover because the company has unrealistic goals.
* If the role is from a subsidiary of a large company but I’m not really interested in that vertical.
* It’s a company I could have easily have applied to myself but since they send your resume for any role you get within 6 months they get credited for it
