Can someone help me understand this phrase?
お前のすることには裏表がある。(You are two-faced.)
I vaguely understood the 裏表がある part, but I don’t know about the first half.
Is it considered polite to end a question sentence in は? Like お名前は？ or ○○さんは？
Also, what would be an expected level to be able to read Yukio Mishima in Japanese?
I was doing some practice exercises (it’s from a practice book, but I don’t know the name) and in one of them there was this phrase:
>あなたの名前や住んでいる町の名前どんな意味がありますか。
Which was translated as:
>What is the meaning of your name or the name of the town where you live?
My question is, is that **や** correct in this context, because I thought it meant **and**, but it seems to me that it’s translated as **or**.
Is my assumption correct? And assuming it is, are any of my attempts below correct?

I’m baffled by the sentence in bold. Can someone help me break down the grammar elements present?
What would サーって (used after a musical performance to describe an aspect of it) or ブーって (used in terms of shopping for food or eating) mean? Or in general/other contexts? Are there more words like this? Jisho doesn’t seem to have these definitions, nor do my current Yomichan or 10ten dictionaries.
Btw I am understanding that the quotative って is being used.
I suspect I’m misunderstanding this use of たら:
> お兄ちゃんたら、何のために出かけたわけ？
Context: Big brother here was supposed to have returned library books, but he came back with all the books. He went somewhere and his sisters are asking him about that.
Literally this says “If it’s big brother, for what reason did you go out?” But I don’t think that’s quite right …
Why is 馱 kyujitai and 駄 shinjitai? Why change 大 into 太?
