Hi everyone, I’m struggling to pay my bills with Yuccho Direct through Pay-easy. Once I choose the option, it asks me for the 5-digit storage agency number. I may be not good at finding it, but I don’t see that 5-digit in none of my bills. Please help me because it’s been one month and a half that I’m fighting to manage payment and one of the receipts can’t be paid through the ATM because it’s torn.

Take it to japan post bank window and ask them to process it. Not all bills can be paid with pay-easy.
Is the bill possible to pay via pay easy? Does the bill have the pay easy logo on it?
The “storage agency” number should probably be on the far left, below the recipient name. In the field marked 収納機関.
If it’s not supporting pay easy, you can go to the bank, or try to pay at the convenience store (cash only)
