I think you are going to be a little early for the Azalea festival. It seems to start in mid April and you are going to be there on the 6th.
Kamikochi is not opening until April 17, 2023

I’m going to assume you bought tickets through someone in Japan for the Ghibli Park near Nagoya, because the foreign tickets didn’t offer tickets for Mei’s house. If that is not the case and you bought tickets through the International website, you can only visit the Warehouse section and if you didn’t buy tickets at all, yet, I’m pretty sure they are sold out for all of April.
