Did your hemorrhoids appear recently, or has it been a long term issue? If it’s only been less than a few weeks, I’d recommend waiting it out a bit longer incase they heal on their own.
I had a bad case of hemmorrhoids after moving to Japan and it took around 3 weeks or a bit longer to heal, and was considering going to a clinic about it, but eventually it fully healed up. I got some ointment from the pharmacy and tried to eat more fibre.
Couple thousand dollars after a couple weeks in the hospital in naha, Okinawa. Spouse had to get it.
