14 Day Itinerary Check in March

Hello, me and my family will be going to Japan for the first time in March. I was just wondering if this itinerary seemed doable or not. I tried to leave a bit of free time for most of the days in Tokyo. Our family is fairly fit so walking a bunch isn’t a big problem.

Day 1 (TOKYO):
-Land at ~5 AM
-Check into hotel
-Explore Asakusa
-Tokyo Skytree
-Omoide Yokocho

Day 2 (TOKYO):
-Explore Akihabara
-TeamLab Planets

Day 3 (TOKYO):
-Explore Shibuya
-Shibuya Sky

Day 4 (TOKYO):
-Explore Harajuku

Day 5 (TOKYO):
-Explore Ikebukuro
-Sunshine City
-Milky Way Cafe
-Nakano Broadway

Day 6 (TOKYO —> TAKAYAMA):
-Train to Takayama
-Check into Hotel

Day 7 (TAKAYAMA):
-Rest day

Day 8 (TAKAYAMA —> KYOTO):
-Train to Kyoto
-Check into Hotel
-Walk around for a bit, dinner

Day 9 (KYOTO):
-Wake up at ~8 AM
-Walk around Gion
-Arashiyama Bamboo Grove
-Iwatayama Monkey Park
-Gio-ji Temple + Moss Gardens
-Kinkaku-ji

Day 10 (KYOTO —> OSAKA):
-Wake up at ~7 AM
-Fushimi Inari
-Kiyomizu dera
-Train to Osaka
-Check into Hotel
-Explore Dotonbori

Day 11 (OSAKA):
-Osaka Castle + Museum
-Osaka Aquarium
-Namba Yasaka Shrine

Day 12 (HIROSHIMA DAY TRIP):
-Day trip to Hiroshima + Miyajima

Day 13 (AMANOHASHIDATE DAY TRIP):
-Day trip to Amanohashidate

Day 14 (OSAKA):
-Leave around noonish

I feel like some days in Kyoto might be a bit cramped but I’m not really sure. If any of you have advice then please let me know!
