  1. It seems it was a car accident, this is so tragic, the man was a father and he was at the peak of his career. Absolutely heartbreaking.

  2. He was one of the best wrestlers in singles and tag and didn’t get the credit he deserves.

    RIP TO THE MAN

  3. This one hurts especially hard for me, saw him tear down the house live so many times, always giving the people every cent if it was 50 or 5000. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

  4. Holy fuck…one of the best tag teams right now holding important gold no less, we lost a guy in his prime who had a stellar career in a great tag team. RIP❤️

  5. Oh what the *FUCK*

Him and Mark were the tag team that made me watch ROH on a weekly basis , from thier PPV man up , to Gimme Back my bullets (The base on my speakers never forgave me) from the pride they gave us country boys , to the matches, the flow, the violence and excitement.

The one guy that should of been given at least a chance to wrestle in the WWE, but it was never to be.

Rest in peace Jay, thank you for all the amazing matches, the YouTube videos, and just flat out for being you.
Tell god to man up ya hear?

  6. My best (?) memory of the Briscoes was watching them wrestle Shingo Takagi and Naruki Doi in person in Detroit, and Mark eating shit on a SSP to the floor, busting his head open and leaving in an ambulance. That botch is forever etched in my brain.

Jay took the time to check on him, regardless of kayfabe, then got back in the ring, hit a Jay Driller and won the belts back himself. Consummate professional in the ring and backstage. One of ROH’s true GOATs.
