I’m studying East Asia and thinking to apply for MEXT scholarship to study Japanese language and culture. I need to choose 3 universities. I’d be glad to hear from you which universities are good, or at least which prefecture you recommend going to. I don’t care about the prestige of the university, for me the most important thing is how they treat the students, and the comfort of life in the prefecture.
