Purchasing expanded pvc sheets/boards in Japan?

Hey all,

Looking to build a few pet enclosures wanting to use expanded PVC boards 0.5 inch thick (1-2cm). (And 4″ x 2’’ ish[120cm x60cm])

I cannot find expanded pvc anywhere (not on Amazon, not at diy centers, no online sellers?)

I see 1mm-3mm thick sheets on Amazon but looking for thicker sturdier boards.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I did find some recycled plastic board (DF board?) which I might go with.
