1. TIL! Never saw fish sold this way here in Quebec. Well, at least we have the sushi poutine /s

2. The first part is from Nijiya in Los Angeles and the second half is from Osaka Market in Fremont

   tl:dw – you can get premium tuna at a discounted rate at auctions and tuna cutting ceremonies

3. Don’t bid unless you are a master at breaking down the fish. My horrendous skills would turn $40/lb into $100/lb after losing tons of meat.
