1. I’ve heard rumors that before Yamada became Jushin Liger, the mask and character was offered to Keiji Mutoh and Masakatsu Funaki, both turning it down. Imagine how different wrestling history would be if one of them was Liger.

2. Rollerball was great man.

3. First time I’ve seen an unmasked Liger – he looks as jacked as Dynamite.

4. You can see why they used him for Black Tiger – excellent match, and familiar with Japanese wrestlers, taunting with Inoki’s Octopus Hold, and Choshu’s sasori-gatame.
