I’m having a bit of a hard time finding information on Certificate of Eligibility requirements, particularly about the part with bachelor’s degree and 10 years of documented experience in the field. I realize it’s not always that I’m going to be given all the information on the silver platter without having to do any work on my part, but I don’t understand what I could’ve overlooked here.
