Huh, I didn’t even know this was a thing in Japan since everyone seems to ride on the sidewalk (at least where I live). I really hate having the share the sidewalk with cyclists because too many of them don’t care for the safety of pedestrians.

A salesman from one of these scooter companies was going door to door and trying to get my neighbors and I to lease parts of our land to them so they could put an installation there.
Fuck that.
