Is Kyoto University of Advance Science good ?

I am currently living in Bangladesh, I have good grades and I am currently looking for universities in Japan, mostly because they are cheaper relative to other options and they a lot of them are also offering scholarship. I am currently looking at two universities, Tokyo International University and KUAS, I am kinda interested about KUAS but also concerned about it’s reputation as I can’t much about it online. Also if there are any other universities that I should consider please let me know. Thank you
