Could anyone tell me what this means? First time I’m getting a package in Japan & really dont want to mess this up

I wrote my address on the package, but it appears to me that the website says theyre keeping it at the local post station. I’d like to know if I can/need to retrieve it in person, or if I should wait to be delivered directly to me. It’s a very important package so I’m super nervous. Here is a link to the status updates I’ve gotten, in both English ad Japanese: [https://imgur.com/a/ZyBbLGI](https://imgur.com/a/ZyBbLGI)

  1. It looks like the last thing on there is them passing it onto a local courier. Quite likely out for delivery in Tokyo tomorrow.

That local tracking number isn’t clickable?

  2. Calm your nerves. Read “our for delivery” as “cleared for delivery, going to do that next.” Sagawa-san is going to come to your door, probably tomorrow or the day after if you’re out in the sticks. If you’re not home they will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. With that you can reschedule delivery if you missed it. You probably won’t have to go anywhere, all you have to do is wait.

  3. Everything seems fine. Sagawa is currently transporting your package to the branch that will handle final delivery to you, which will probably happen tomorrow or Monday. The tracking will automatically update when the package reaches the destination branch and when it’s out for delivery.
