Former professional gamer Tanukana, whose contract with her team was terminated in February last year due to issues surrounding her comments about men under 170 cm tall, made her first public appearance in almost a year on 20 January via a live stream.
On the live-streaming service Twich, Tanukana apologised, saying that she was only at fault for making discriminatory remarks and that she was sorry for saying ‘no human rights’ as a term. And as for why she delivered the video this time, she said she wanted to reassure those who were concerned about her, and as for the future, she said, “I blackened my hair so that I can work at a convenience store. I am looking for work”.
During a live-stream on 15 February last year, Tanukana said that men under 170 cm tall have no human rights. The following day, she apologised on Twitter, saying: ‘I deeply regret that I made such an unbecoming comment as a professional e-sports player and as a member of society, and I apologise deeply for betraying you all. On 16 June, she updated his Twitter account for the first time in almost a year, attracting attention to her movements. [(From ABEMA NEWS)](https://times.abema.tv/articles/-/10064856)
I remember when this happened. I still wonder what demography actually complained. As a man under 170cm I couldn’t care less
“I’m looking for a job.”
Watch her start an OnlyFans.
Damn, I’m 1.68 close but no cigar! Might need to start using high heels or sumthin’
And how tall is she?
Imagine saying this in Japan of all places.

why did anyone take that comment seriously
She is looking for work at a konbini? Lol, good for her.
Seems like people aren’t aware that 人権 is gaming slang and doesn’t literally mean human rights here.
「人権キャラ」とは、そのステージを攻略するために必要なキャラクターや装備のことを指します。
It’s used a lot like this in gacha games for instance, so she was basically just saying she isn’t interested in guys under 170 cm.
I remember playing Tekken tag 2 in arcades and she sat down and completely wiped the floor with me lol
Phew… I am 171, thank god.
Haha Imagine being shorter than 170 lol.
It looks like a fuckin alien. As someone 6’3″ they’re trash
*Yuki Tsunoda intensifies
I watched a clip of the actual incident, and she also goes on to say similar things about women and breast sizes. Basically if you’re flat or below a C cup, you also don’t have human rights.
Tbh under 170 is pretty short
Japanese professional gamers are becoming requested molars. So they need learn complains. Even so, she may not introspect. According her comments, she has lookism yet.
Someone needs to covert her into a short man lover….
One thrust at a time
LOL
