Hi everyone! Long story short, I’ve got a friend who hasn’t been able to complete her undergraduate degree. She’s currently in language school, but was hoping to go back to school to complete her Bachelor’s. Does anyone have any recommendations for Universities in the Kansai area? Any experiences seeking financial aid or applying for scholarships? Any foreign friendly universities that have an edge for searching for work after? Any advice or personal insights would be helpful.
