This is it, me and my wife can’t have kids. We tried IVF, didn’t stick, so we made the decision not to try anymore. We’ve talked about fostering, but my Japanese skill isn’t good enough, and I don’t want to foster a child who can’t speak English, I know that sounds selfish.
So how does the adoption process work? How does the potential Passport work for my home country (UK) has anybody gone through this before, and is willing to give advice? My wife is Japanese so it will probably be a child from Japan we want to adopt.
Thanks.

Have you tried the IVF doctors in Okinawa? They have some of the highest success rates worldwide. There is something in the water here.
