Bank recommendation

Hi!
I’ve been in Japan for over 6 months and already have a Yucho account. I’m planning to open a second bank account but cannot decide which bank should I go for.
Do you have any recommendations?

Features that would benefit me:
– a few free transfers a month
– english support (chat) (my Japanese is not that good)
– one that works with PayPay bank topup?
