  2. You can tell this plate is for friends and not from a restaurant. Look at the fish to rice ratio on those rolls!

  3. It’s kind of hard to make that much without the nori on your first roll getting soft before the last one is made. Or.. is there a secret to this?

  4. I hate to be that guy, I certainly would devour this….But good sushi really loses so much when its served in giant portions like this. The rice has gone cold and it really diminishes the taste when it sits out long enough to fill a sushi boat like this. Its best ordered in small portions at a time, if you really want the best taste and experience.
