  1. Made amazing spicy Mayo with it

Spicy Mayo Ingredients half cup mayo
    1 tablespoon Sriracha
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon mirin
½ teaspoon togarashi (Japanese spice you can find on Amazon or Hmart)

    1. Mix ingredients – Add mayo, Sriracha, sesame oil, togarashi, and mirin to a small bowl. Mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
    2. Serve or store – serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.

SUBSTITUTIONS (if you don’t have ingredient)

    * Chili powder – use chili powder, yuzu kosho, or gochugaru (Korean chili powder) instead of togarashi.
    * Rice vinegar – Use rice vinegar and a quarter teaspoon of sugar if you do not have mirin.

  2. Your second try is better than some professional roll guys I’ve worked with. Cheers
