Is there any place where i can rent a Honda S660 in Shinjuku area for a day? Would I need a special drivers license?(i have a swiss passport and we drive on the right side of the road) any help is appreciated:)
You will need to acquire an International Driving Permit in your home country – this should suffice as your driving license (with your local license) in Japan.
As for finding a place with an s660, that’s going to be a challenge. I checked a couple of rent-a-car sites (Nippon, Orix) and neither listed kei sports cars as a category – their kei cars were all the standard “box” kei cars.
You might be able to find a boutique that provides it, though.
