Solemn 10-bell salute to Jay Briscoe, to open the show; Incredible Okada/Kiyomiya melee; Takagi/Nakajima, with the hard-hitting match of the night; Victorious Wrestle Kingdom main-event LIJ roll call; The set-up of Muto/Naito at the Tokyo Dome for Muto’s retirement… what a show!

  1. Opinion – who got the worst of it? Okada or Kiyomiya? Half the comments I saw were stunned because apparently Kiyomiya was all over Okada.

  2. Last year’s NOAH crossover didn’t really impress me, but holy shit, this one was fantastic! That’s how you build interest!

  3. Okada/Kiyomiya was just nuts. Blended kayfabe and shoot perfectly

Moments like that make ya suspend your disbelief and react when ya see it once every 6 years instead of every monday night.

  4. Jay briscoe’s memorial had me almost in tears specially when his theme played after the 10-bell salute.

The matches were insanely good and the story between okada and kiyomiya is the most interested i’ve been in a okada feud in a long long time
