Itinerary Check- First timers to Tokyo Jan 26-31!

Hi everyone!

My partner and I are ending our 7-month around the world sabbatical and Japan is our next stop. We will be arriving tomorrow evening until the 31st. It is our dream come true to visit Japan so we want to make sure we take advantage of our time in the best way possible. We will be staying at Mystays Premier Akasaka.

I am asking everyone’s advice and input on the following items:

1.) Almost our entire sabbatical has been in hot weather places. We have no winter coats and need to buy one. Are there any recommended areas for second hand shops where we can get nice coats at a cheap price? Or is Uniqlo our best bet?

2.) Are there any winter festivities or attractions we should be going to during these days? Something we may be missing And off the radar?

3.) Can you please provide input / suggestions on our itinerary below? We have left the first day free to be able and do whatever we feel like doing/ what is recommended to us. Are we matching neighborhoods correctly? Any must do hole in the wall foodie spots?

Thank you so much!!! All comments and thoughts are welcomed to make this a success.
