Hi guys.
I keep getting sent forms and letters about paying my pension. I have setup a nenkin account and I have looked on their (nenkin) website and google but I cannot figure out HOW to pay the pension via online/automatic bank transfer. Would anyone who is paying via automatic bank transfer advise how they did it?
I do not want to use the forms where I goto the combini.

You should have gotten forms when you enrolled (in the big envelope with all your monthly payment slips) that you can fill out and send in to have them automatically take it out of your bank account in a lump sum, bi-yearly or monthly schedule.
