Does anyone know how to make automated messages for doing things like accepting reservation requests from customers on LINE Official Account?

For example, Yamato’s rich menu has a place where, when they tap the bottom left picture, it starts the process for redelivery. It gives the customer the option to choose “Yes” or “No,” an option to input their redelivery number, etc. Does anyone know how to do that one LINE Official Account? I can’t find any proper information on it.
