For example, Yamato’s rich menu has a place where, when they tap the bottom left picture, it starts the process for redelivery. It gives the customer the option to choose “Yes” or “No,” an option to input their redelivery number, etc. Does anyone know how to do that one LINE Official Account? I can’t find any proper information on it.

You can make a No code solution here [https://developers.line.biz/en/services/bot-designer/](https://developers.line.biz/en/services/bot-designer/) but it won’t fulfill all your requirments. You need to develop a chat bot or Mini app for what you want and hook up the messages to what ever reservation system your using.
