I am really confuse. I am currently on Genki II. For practicing my grammar, I am currently using Bunpro.
There, I noticed that the negative version of つもり is done as: dict verb + つもり + は + ない
However, in Genki, the grammar point is introduced as: Neg. dict verb + つもり
What is the difference? Are they used in the same context?

They’re very similar, but the one with つもりはない is stronger, more emphatic, as in ‘I have absolutely no intention of doing XXX.’ It’s almost like a refusal in some contexts, so you need to be a bit careful with it.
Pretty much the same thing. E.g…
* 行くつもりはない = “As for intending to go, I don’t”
* 行かないつもりだ = “I intend to not go”
つもりはない is literally like “I have no intention of” which sounds rude even in English sometimes
ないつもりis just like “I don’t intend to do X”
