trying to explore all of my options for visa renewal (expiry is too soon…)
I received a contract today from a company who will help renew my visa:
BUT, i’m unsure if it’s sufficient. it says that I will work anytime designated by the company on weekdays from 12pm to 7pm, and weekends from 8 am to 8 pm (like a substitute teacher job).
then another section of the contract says how much each lesson is. that’s all. it doesn’t say how much i’ll make a month or my hours per month, but beside that it is very legit and detailed contract (it’s a popular company). just not sure if it’s specific enough for renewal for immigrations liking.
if anyone has similar experiences, successes, or failures, please let me know thank ya

What could happen is that immigration will ask for a clarification on how much you are working e.g. requesting a past week’s schedule of when you have worked on what.
