Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka itinerary with kids (8 & 11)

Hi, I am after some advice on whether this itinerary makes sense or if there is anything else we should look to add. I will be travelling with my wife and two kids (8 & 11) in April. This will be our first time visiting Japan.

Thu 13th April: Arrive Tokyo, travel to hotel (next to Disneyland)

Fri 14th April: Disneysea

Sat 15th April: Tokyo Sky tree, Shibuya Crossing, Teamlab

Sun 16th April: Ueno Park (any chance of late cherry blossoms?), Ueno Zoo, Museum Science & Tech

Mon 17th April: Disneyland

Tues 18th April: Travel to Kyoto on Shinkansen. Monkey Park Iwatayama, Bamboo Forest, Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine (this day looks a bit heavy?)

Wed 19th April: Nijo Castle, Samurai & Ninja Museum, Kinkakuji. Travel to Osaka. Stay in hotel next to Universal.

Thu 20th April: Universal Studios

Fri 21st April: Osaka Aquarium, Osaka Castle Park. Travel to Tokyo on Shinkansen.

Sat 22nd April: Free day in Tokyo for shopping and anything else people might suggest. Depart in evening.

Thank you for your help!
