Super fragrant niboshi Ramen soup – I wish it was more popular abroad! (Chukasoba Karen, Tokyo)

1. [Hanaemi Chukasoba Karen](https://youtu.be/ySoIQOSceY0) is a ramen shop in Kita-Senju which opened its doors in 2017 and sells great niboshi style ramen.

   Chukasoba Karen offers light niboshi and rich niboshi, although the rich or “noukou” niboshi ramen can only be recommended to people who already know their love for niboshi and their ability to handle strong niboshi flavors.
