Hey guys, I got my soft bank Hikari connection recently. I have all the equipment needed ( BB Unit, Buffalo router, NTT, and all the wires). We have done all the setup, but unfortunately, we don’t have the OPTICAL OUTLET we called the Softbank staff and they seemed pretty unresponsive. Does anyone have any solution/tips for this? Would really be appreciated.

So no “å…‰” port anywhere? [(like the ones here)](https://www.ntt-east.co.jp/info/detail/130308_01.html). If not then you needed to ask for installation and the conditions for that change based on if you live in a house or apartment/mansion.
Did you not actually check before signing a contract…?
Or did you, and you just can’t find where it is? There are ports that might be in a wall socket, probably near whatever the TV connects to, or like in my case, dangling from the intercom for the door.
NTT people who came to do the install should have left you with ONU and BBUnit connected properly. Did this not happen? You should have a white or black box (the ONU) which would be connected to bbunit, then on to your router.
