Hi all, I’m inviting family to visit us in Japan (from PH, if it matters) on a Visiting Relatives visa. Among the documents, they ask for “Nozei-shomeisho (It must include description of the total amount of income)”.
I printed it at Lawson using my My Number card, but it doesn’t show my total income. The shotoku-shomeisho I also had to print has that, but I’m wondering if I need to go to the kuyakusho and ask for it to be specially applied. And if I do, why would the conbini-printed version not have that already? I have to go tomorrow anyway for other documents, but I’m wondering if anyone has an answer. Living in Osaka if it turns out to be some weird regional thing. Thank you!

You will need kazei-shomeisyo if you want it to show your gross salary. But it’s still January so I don’t think you can get the latest 2022 one yet. Might be better to use your gensenchosyuuhyou if the embassy accept.
