Question basically summarized in the title. Because we’re planning to have some larger luggage with us when landing in Haneda, we were hoping to use the airport’s limousine bus service, which according to the regular timetable could drop us off right at our hotel in Shibuya.
However, when I try to find a reservation for this trip, Shibuya as a whole is not listed under any of the possible destinations: https://webservice.limousinebus.co.jp/web/en/
The same website’s timetable seems to list a Haneda>Shibuya line, so I’m wondering if this is just a limitation of the reservation system, or if the service is actually suspended. **Does anyone happen to know whether this bus route is still active?**
Normally, I’d just do a simple search, but info online seems conflicting, and I’m not able to find clear indication that anything has been cancelled.

Have you emailed or sent a message to your hotel asking then this question? They would have the most accurate/up to date info on the best travel options to get from Narita to the hotel currently. If you used a platform like Booking for your reservation, there should be an option to message the hotel about your reservation or ask a question.
There were a number of limo bus routes suspended during Covid and they have not yet all resumed due to a combination of still low foreign tourist numbers (comparatively) and staffing shortages for drivers. Routes from Haneda were less impacted than routes from Narita.
