1. Having only eaten sushi in Japan, I wonder; I see there is some crab? What other fish? What is the sauce? Why is it on the rice? Does it get sickly? I would like to try the American stuff but it doesn’t exist here. I have sushi very often but having this every day may not be as healthy I’m assuming.
