  1. This is a tight plan but it seems alright. I have 2 general tips for you:
    1. Sleep on the flight to japan and drink some alcohol. Its just an 8 hour difference but jetlag can really fuck you up in the first few days
    2. If you want to save money maybe consider sleeping in hostels. Its by far not as comfortable as a hotel but you can for example stay in Tokio for 20€ a night (I recomend the app hostelworld if you want to look it up yourself)

  2. [K’s House Hostel](https://maps.app.goo.gl/tCjVvkUbdhvWbfz76?g_st=ic) might be an option to look into for [Hakone.](https://www.hakonenavi.jp/international/en/) [There are a number of spots to view Mt. Fuji from Hakone.](https://www.hakonenavi.jp/international/en/article/2514)

Unfortunately, June being rainy season is the absolute worst time to see Fuji as it is almost always rainy/covered in clouds. You might get super lucky and see Fuji in the early morning on a super clear day but that’s so highly dependent on the weather. I would wager with those dates you won’t get to see the mountain.

Instead, you could just enjoy all that Hakone has to offer outside of seeing Fuji. In June, [the hydrangeas will be in bloom in Hakone.](https://www.hakonenavi.jp/international/en/spot/427)

And/or perhaps reallocate those days/night to a daytrip from Tokyo to Kamakura which is [famous for hydrangeas.](https://www.timeout.com/tokyo/news/best-temples-in-kamakura-to-see-hydrangeas-061219)
