Meiji has some localized quark cheese. I’ve seen them at Maruetsu few times, but never tried.
I think these specific cheese would be available at places like National, NISSIN, Kinokuniya, and department stores with good cheese selection like Isetan and Mitsukoshi.

You can easily make your own with an instant pot/yoghurt maker. just use regular milk and apple cider vinegar. You can google around for recipes.
