I usually just drink coffee before hand and maybe a small snack.
I want to try something different. I don’t follow any Japanese fitness people so I don’t know the top brands or healthier choices that is preworkout.
I dont know what a pre-workout entails, but a green tea would always set me up for the day. Advocates claim all manner of wonderful properties, including longevity, but I just liked the taste.
