Where to rent ebooks

As the title suggests,any site that I can rent while staying in Japan to rent English ebooks?
I am currently using scribd but I am cancelling as I am currently disastified with the service.
Reason being they limit the amount of books I can read from the same publisher in a month.

  1. Library from your hometown should work. I have an “e library card” from the States that I use.
